We love seeing our OLM girls ride to school, but being a responsible rider means riding safe. Here are 4 quick reminders for a safe journey to and from school:

1. Protect your head – wear a helmet.

2. Control your speed - slow down near footpaths and driveways

3. Be predictable - stay in your lane and never weave in and out of traffic or between cars

4. Stay alert - no headphones or phones while riding.

A huge congratulations to Scout Koernig (Year 7) who was part of the NSW All Schools Team for the Schools Sport Australia Cross Country Championships.

Scout raced up in the 13 Year Old Age Group, placing 9th. Scout’s NSW Team won gold in the teams event, and a second gold in the relay event. Congratulations Scout!

Ivy has been attending Work Experience at Stella Maris Aged Care this week. She is interested in Nursing as a career and has thoroughly enjoyed her time shadowing the Nurse at Stella Maris. Mercy Day was celebrated today at Stella Maris and Ivy was presented with a Certificate and gift for her contribution to Stella Maris this week. We are very proud of you Ivy and thank Stella Maris for their support of our students. #olmcburraneer #nursing #workexperience
