Year OLM Year 8 camp is a significant milestone that focuses on building independence, strengthening friendships, and fostering resilience. 🌲⛺️

It allowed our girls the opportunity to engage in a number of outdoor recreational activities and spend quality time with their peers.

The camp was also the perfect environment to put our students’ Mercy values into practice through teamwork and leadership, resulting in a fun camp experience.

As part of their PDHPE program, they successfully completed the Royal Life Saving Bronze Medallion Award, building essential lifesaving skills, confidence, and teamwork along the way.

Our Lady Star of the Sea in Miranda held a Mass this morning for the World Day of Prayer. While the Mass centred on prayer for peace around the world, a particular focus was given to the persecution of Christians in Nigeria. Leaders from Our Lady of Mercy College attended this event and contributed by reading the Prayers of the Faithful. These young women represented the College with pride, and their dedication to our school and what we stand for as people of mercy has shone through. Let us all send our prayers to God for this day of prayer.
