📚✨ DEVICE-FREE LEARNING: CONNECT, ENGAGE, ACHIEVE!

Sometimes, the best learning happens when we put our devices away and focus on what matters most. 💡

🌟 At OLM we are encouraging students to:
📖 Explore learning through books and hands-on activities
💬 Build communication and collaboration skills
🧠 Strengthen creativity, critical thinking and problem-solving
🤝 Connect with classmates and teachers
✍️ Develop focus, independence and confidence

Less screen time, more meaningful learning! Together, we are creating opportunities for our students to engage, discover and thrive. 💙

We love seeing our OLM girls ride to school, but being a responsible rider means riding safe. Here are 4 quick reminders for a safe journey to and from school:

1. Protect your head – wear a helmet.

2. Control your speed - slow down near footpaths and driveways

3. Be predictable - stay in your lane and never weave in and out of traffic or between cars

4. Stay alert - no headphones or phones while riding.

A huge congratulations to Scout Koernig (Year 7) who was part of the NSW All Schools Team for the Schools Sport Australia Cross Country Championships.

Scout raced up in the 13 Year Old Age Group, placing 9th. Scout’s NSW Team won gold in the teams event, and a second gold in the relay event. Congratulations Scout!
